Campaign Gifts---The Count Down!
By December 31, 2009 Friends of Banning Museum will celebrate the completion of the $2.2 million Moving Forward Campaign to create the Transportation Gallery, the Harlyne and Kenneth Norris Visitor Center, the Education and Museum Enhancement Fund, and the educational initiatives to complement these new themes and facilities.
The vision of The Banning Museum is to engage visitors of all ages in a living
history experience that demonstrates how the right people, at the right time,
with the right ideas transformed Southern California into a global city. It was
entrepreneurism at its best.
This permanent exhibition will tell the compelling story of how transportation transformed
the pueblo of Los Angeles into a thriving commercial metropolis - in only 50 years.
If you would like to participate as a donor to the Moving Forward Campaign to help us reach our goal, please click here. To qualify as a Campaign Donor, your gift must be received no later than December 31, 2009.
Donors of $5,000 or more will be permanently recognized in the Hall of Honor. Donors of $1,000 and more will be invited to the Private Preview prior to the Grand Opening of these new facilities.
